At Amazon, he led the worldwide Consumables Private Brands team, transforming a $38 million business into a $160 million portfolio in under three years and secured multimillion-dollar partnerships that redefined how Amazon approaches its supplier ecosystem. Earlier in his career at Procter & Gamble, Trey managed a $2 billion healthcare portfolio and led innovation across household brands like Nyquil, Pepto-Bismol and Align, translating analytical insight into tangible growth.
Through those experiences, he saw firsthand how alignment between retailers and suppliers can accelerate innovation, improve cost structures, and unlock category-wide value. He founded Trio Strategy to deliver exactly that. Alignment as a Service is about helping manufacturers become trusted private-label suppliers and helping retailers access a higher-quality, faster-moving vendor base.
